AnswerLens (“the Service”) is a tool that checks whether AI answer engines (such as popular AI search and chat others) mention your business when users ask about your category and location. We provide visibility scores, competitor insights, and recommendations based on those results.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate business information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from AI answer engines beyond what the Service provides.
• Abuse the Service by submitting an unreasonable volume of queries or automated requests.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

API usage and third-party engines

Visibility scores and recommendations are informational only. They reflect a snapshot of AI engine behavior at the time of the query and may not represent all AI platforms or all possible queries. AI engine responses can vary by user, region, and time. We do not guarantee that improving your visibility score will result in increased business.
