The rules for using AnswerLens and interpreting AI visibility reports.

By creating an account, using the Service, or accepting a website-change preview, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
AnswerLens (“the Service”) is a tool that checks whether AI answer engines (such as popular AI search and chat tools) mention your business when users ask about your category and location. We provide visibility scores, competitor insights, and recommendations based on those results.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate business information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service may generate source code, content, configuration, and other proposed website changes. These outputs are produced with automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, security issues, accessibility problems, inaccurate statements, third-party-rights concerns, or incompatibilities with your website, hosting, or business requirements. Automated checks and previews reduce risk but do not guarantee that an output is correct, complete, lawful, secure, or fit for production use.
You must review the exact preview before it is sent to your repository. A qualified developer acting for you must then independently review and test the resulting pull request in your normal preview or staging environment before it is merged or deployed. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups and for deciding whether, when, and how to merge, publish, or deploy any proposed change.
AnswerLens does not automatically merge or deploy generated pull requests. Your acceptance of a preview authorizes the Service to create the reviewed pull request in the repository you selected; it is not a representation or warranty that the proposed work is error-free or ready for production.
You represent that you have all permissions needed to connect each repository, submit website content and assets, request proposed changes, and authorize pull requests. You remain responsible for your source code, content, trademarks, personal information, licenses, regulatory duties, and compliance with third-party platform and hosting terms.
The Service queries third-party AI answer engines on your behalf. These engines are operated by independent companies and are subject to their own terms of service and availability. We do not control the content of their responses, and their behavior may change at any time without notice.
Visibility scores and recommendations are informational only. They reflect a snapshot of AI engine behavior at the time of the query and may not represent all AI platforms or all possible queries. AI engine responses can vary by user, region, and time. We do not guarantee that improving your visibility score will result in increased business.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that generated website changes will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, compatible with your systems, compliant with law or industry standards, or free from defects, vulnerabilities, or third-party claims. You use, merge, and deploy generated work at your own risk after the required human review and testing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerLens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid to AnswerLens for the Service during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if we were advised that a loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law makes non-waivable.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnswerLens and its operators from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content or repositories, your unauthorized or unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these terms or another party’s rights, or your decision to merge, publish, or deploy generated work. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct for which applicable law does not permit indemnification.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
